Greening the Greyfields
GCA was appointed by Maroondah City Council and Swinburne University to provide a development strategy for an inner suburban Melbourne Greyfield Precinct. Viewed as a 360° solution to Greyfield planning, the process adopted a unique and holistic approach to urban regeneration and precinct scale infill development. Initially focusing on two precincts, the model can be replicated and 'scaled up' across the municipality of Maroondah and other future regions.

Renewable energy site provision
GCA was appointed by a peri-urban local council, to provide a scoping report for the property related evaluation of renewable energy assets within the municipality. The report provided a strategy and detailed site analysis of nine (9) sites which could potentially meet the performance criteria for a solar farm.

Childcare learns how to grow
GCA was engaged by Future Kids Childcare, to assist the organisation with identifying new opportunities to further expand its services within key residential growth areas in metropolitan Melbourne. GCA was instrumental in securing a lease for the childcare operator with Cedar Woods Properties in their new Williams Landing Development in Laverton. GCA also provided Project Management services for the client during the construction and fit-out stages of the site.

Creating safer communities
GCA was engaged by the CFA to identify, facilitate and negotiate mutually beneficial opportunities between leading residential developers and the CFA. Residential developer, Brown Property Group accepted an offer from the CFA to purchase land in Meridan, Clyde North; a new community in the South East growth corridor of Melbourne.
