Regional Housing Supply

GCA completed a regional housing supply study that aimed to identify the most advantageous locations for residential growth and supply, in the Shire of interest.

The resulting studies and base maps were a product of economic, demographic, and GIS data provided by various local councils in the region.

Desktop-based analyses, on-site investigations and remote meetings with council, stakeholders, and developers were key methods used by our staff in delivering this outcome.
