The Brief
Provide a schematic design, design development, working drawings and project supervision services for the renovation of an existing nursery to also include office accommodation and a cafe space.
The Challenges
Conversion and upgrade of existing offices into modern office accommodation including some existing industrial areas.
Upgrade of existing industrial areas and improvements.

The Outcomes.
The completion and delivery of a schematic design package, cost plan, design development package and working drawings for the lodgement of a building permit application through Council. Upon permit approval, undertaking the builder tendering and appointment process and project management supervisory role throughout the project build.
