Louise has experience in the hospital and community health sectors and is a specialist in the implementation of change management, quality improvement practice and processes. She is an effective communicator with the flexibility and responsiveness to co-ordinate small and large teams.

Louise is responsible and manages the day-to-day operations, and plays an active role in driving new initiatives and the continuous improvement of the management systems. She assesses new project opportunities, prepares submissions, and assists with project report writing.
