Gerard Coutts

Managing Director | B.Arch., M.Eng(PM)., CPPDPM, FAIPM.

Gerard has a lifetime of practical participation in the property, building, project management, design, planning and land management industries.  He is an innovator who consistently challenges conventional thought on the planning, design and developments that shape the spaces in which we live and work.  Gerard has a passion for engaging with individuals, communities and agencies to deliver genuinely successful outcomes for all stakeholders.

Daria Lysenko

Architectural Technician | B.Envs (Architecture)

Daria is a graduate of Architecture from The University of Melbourne. She is experienced in the analysis of data, rights and restrictions of architectural projects, developing plans for projects, the creation of design layout and preparing documents for consideration and approval.

Daria is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD and SketchUp.

At GCA, Daria is responsible for the 2D and 3D visualisation of technical drawings for both residential and commercial projects.

Alexander Tamburro

Urban Planner & Designer | B.Envs (Urban Planning & Design)

Alex is a graduate of Urban Planning and Design from The University of Melbourne.  He can effectively convey site analysis information and provide detailed urban design solutions. 

​His skills include the creation and development of plans, mapping and infographics.  He is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and has an excellent ability in hand drawing.

​Alex is experienced with working in multi-disciplinary teams and is passionate about planning issues relating to the walkability and aesthetic of the urban realm.

Priscilla Riscica

Planning Animator | B.Animation

Priscilla graduated from SAE Qantum Media Institute in 2018 with a Bachelor of Animation, majoring in Character Animation. She has skills in using design, 3D & compositing software and technology. Through the application of animation over drone footage, Priscilla is responsible for the “bringing to life” of the vision and plans of GCA clients. 

Animation is an effective visualization tool and brings a new perspective to project delivery within the GCA organisation.

Louise Vines

Operations Manager | B.A.

Louise has extensive experience in the hospital and community health sectors and is a specialist in the implementation of change management, quality improvement processes and activities.  Louise is an effective communicator with the flexibility and responsiveness to co-ordinate small and large teams. 

Louise is directly responsible for GCA operations. She plays an active role in driving new organisational initiatives and oversees the continuous improvement of the management systems and services provided to clients and stakeholders. Louise also assesses new project opportunities, prepares tender submissions and assists with feasibility studies and project report writing.

Harriet Drummond

Accounts & Office Manager

Harriet applies her extensive experience in accounting software to secure the financial capacity of the organisation.  She is responsible for data entry, invoicing, BAS preparation, payroll, month and end of year financial reporting.  

Harriet also manages all GCA office administration.

Malcolm Williams

Architect | B.Arch, A+ member of AIA

A registered Architect for 35 years, Malcolm has a wealth of experience gained from practicing in both Australia and overseas. Malcolm is proficient in ‘Building Information Modelling’ and the design and construction process. He holds a belief that a collaborative involvement of all the participants in a project, from the client through the consulting team & the construction members, will deliver an optimal outcome that is ‘well built, beautiful & fit for purpose.'
